Terms and Conditions |

For these Terms & Conditions (T&C) Shropshire Home Finder will be known as ‘SHF’ |

Anyone using the services of SHF will be known as the ‘Client’ |

3 |
The rate of the Base Charge and Area Inspection Charge and other charges can change at any time |
|
4 |
The rate of Base Charges, Area Inspection Charges and other charges are those prevailing on the website, other documents or agreed with the client at the time of acceptance of SHF services |

5 |
Base Charges are payable in advance of any Area Inspection and are none refundable |
|
6 |
Initial Base Charge is used with the first three Area Inspections, further Base Charges are invoiced separately |
|
7 |
Area Inspection Charges are payable after each inspection and within five working days of receipt of the invoice. |
|
8 |
Accompanied Viewings are payable at the time of the viewing |
|
9 |
No Value Added Tax is added or payable |
|
10 |
SHF will gather and filter all estate agent property details,and information gathered from other sources |
|
11 |
SHF will supply as many property details as requested or available |
|
12 |
SHF will inspect and document as many properties as requested |
|
13 |
SHF will research and gather as much information as possible, based on the details on the Profile page, the Application Form or agreed with the client, for each inspection |

14 |
SHF will supply a written report of their own observations for each property inspected |
|
15 |
SHF will supply via the Internet or Email pictures of inspected properties when permission is granted |
|
16 |
The client is committed to paying all charges either in advance or within the times specified |
|
17 |
If the client cancels any service the Base Charge is not refundable |
|
18 |
If the client cancels the service after a property or properties have been inspected the Base and Area Inspection charges are payable and not refundable |
|
19 |
Phone calls outside of the UK, to the client or on their behalf are chargeable |
|
20 |
It is recommended the client checks their email several times a week and responds to questions as soon as possible. SHF rarely use mobile phones. Land lines and email are the preferred communication methods |

21 |
SHF endeavours to find the best possible new location. It is the clients responsibility to satisfy them selves they have made the correct selection. SHF is not responsibility for any consequences incurred by the client. SHF acts in an advisory role and supplies information to its best ability, it cannot and does not guarantee that any information is completely accurate. SHF is not a surveyor or a solicitor and can only advise in those capacities. |
