Shropshire Home Finder offers you a simple procedure towards your chosen property.

You contact us with a brief description of your requirements.  We get back to you, usually by phone and email, and then discuss your needs and how we can help.

When we receive the application form and Base Charge a search starts, soon after we send you a shortlist.  You make refinements.  We do more searches.  Eventually we visit your chosen properties, photograph the interiors (subject to permission) and the surrounding areas.  Email the pictures with a full description of our findings.

An appointment is made for you to view one or more of your selections.  You or your agent (could be SHF) makes an offer to buy. If accepted we can inform your solicitor to complete.

There is nothing more frustrating than moving into your dream property only to find  you have made a big mistake some months later.  The school run takes for ever, getting to work is one long queue, the dog three houses away never stops barking, passers by use your garden as a litter bin, the sun never shines in your back garden.  Things an estate agent are unlikely to mention.  Estate agents act for their client (home seller) first and you second, they sell houses, not a life style.
